About Me
My approach is psychodynamic — rooted in depth therapy, relational, trauma-informed, and integrative in practice, drawing on Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal Theory, with an appreciation for Jungian perspectives.
I offer online therapy for clients who want to do deep, meaningful work from the comfort and privacy of their own space.
Video sessions can hold the same steadiness and attunement as in-person work — sometimes clients find it easier to open up from a familiar environment.
